The avocado ice cream was very creamy. It was ready to eat as a puree even before I froze and churned it in the ice cream maker. I prefer my avocados without additional sugar - just with some olive oil on bread or in a guacamole dip. But this was a big hit among my avocado nut friends. To each one's own.
