Fall is upon us and it's time to think of winter flavors. Mint Chip is tasty any time of year, but against the backdrop of fall leaves it's particularly tempting. Using peppermint flavoring (schnapps), as opposed to the fresh mint leaves in my Fresh Mint flavor brings out a childhood nostalgia that will keep you coming back for more.
Cool Ice creams, my brother really loves to this though he is a very tough gentleman.
