I love turning tasty drinks into ice cream flavors. With the weather dipping below triple-digits, we are reminded that summer won't last forever. I love when it's cold enough to cuddle under a blanket with a warm drink - ideally with a someone good-looking after a fun afternoon in the snow.
Hot Toddies were popular apres-ski drink in the 1970s, made with whiskey, lemon, and honey. I would drink it while wearing a burgundy one-piece pantsuit.
But it's still summer, so instead I'll just enjoy this ice cream!
