Ice Cream Tasting - June 24, 2012

On Sunday, I teamed up with the beautiful and talented Brahmy to host an ice cream tasting party. After decided on a party at her Thursday night gathering, I threw together several flavors and teamed up with Feastly to hold three seatings of five-flavor ice cream tastings.
A fellow food blogger reviewed the event:

Thai Iced Tea - Fresh and light, slightly citrusy

Raspberry Rose - Fruity with a slight floral aftertaste...The rose flavor was subtle and the raspberry complimented it perfectly.

Banana Ginger - Bananas combined with ginger is a winning combination! The ginger helped mellow out the banana flavor, giving it a more creamy flavor

Earl Grey - Earl Grey ice cream did not disappoint! One of my faves!

Chocolate Covered Pretzel Peanut Butter Swirl - You can never go wrong with chocolate and peanut butter...the little pretzel pieces added the perfect salty crunch!

Midnight Mocha - This was dangerously smooth with a hint of kahlua...very rich and dark.

All in all, it was a success! I look forward to many more events with Feastly through the summer. Stay tuned here and at http://www.facebook.com/Feastly for future events!
